Marquez goes for the Knock out more. But I have been saying Floyd would embarrass Pac, and I use the Marquez fights due to the similar styles of Counter punchers.

Floyd and Marquez are 1-2 in the boxing world at Counter Punching.

The way it happened (punch seems to snap his neck) I thought Pac had died...and with all the chaos breaking out it was scary. Luckily he was OK but Marquez got himself the KO of the Decade --- "Champion of the decade" belt seems very appropriate for tonight!!!

An epic night for Marquez.

A night that cements him in the memory bank of boxing history and in the memory of all who witnessed the fight play out to its climactic ending. It is easily the perfect cap for a great career. A night that he can never surpass. Retiring now cements his legacy in such a way that it would be inconcievable to think that any other subsequent fight/s could possibly add anything more than the lore added tonight to an already lustrous body of work.

Simply put: Bravo Marquez. Bravo!

And Manny... sad to see him get put out like that. But nonetheless much respect to him, to his display of sportsmanship and to his no-fear-of-losing approach. If this wasn't the last time we see him in the ring im guessing we'll likely see him one more time. And as a boxing fan, my preemptive; thank you for the memories Manny.

Lol how is it a triangle theory? They both are counter punchers. With high ring IQ. something that obviously Pac struggles with.

Mosley and Mayorga have different styles, hence different outcomes.

Styles make fights. And when your dealing with Floyd and Marquez who share similar counter punching styles, Pac struggling with Marquez in his previous 3 fights and now getting knocked out. Makes you still believe he can beat Mayweather. Who does everything better than Marquez. Got ya
