      Rockys best victory was
against Louis who was old as
all hell when he fought Sloppiano.
LOL. Rocky retired and never returned
when he was young enough to challenge
Sonny Liston. He didnt want none of that.
      LOL

Rocky Marciano was a great fighter. Everyone said Rocky was going to lose when he got in the ring with a fighter that had skill. Never happened. You can say he fought weak opponents, but he beat everyone that was anybody in his era. There are a lot of hall of fame names on his resume. Is he the greatest heavy-weight of all time? I wouldn't pretend to say so, because I don't like comparing eras. He'd do very well as a cruiser today, I think.

funny you should mention that since louis was the same age when he fought louis as holmes was when he fought tyson.

rocky retired cause his face was getting deformed.
and would be in his late 30s when liston was a at world level.

and fore the record marciano`s best win was against walcot

well said, however marciaon with modern nutrition and training would be over 200lbs

I'm sure he could be over 200, but if he didn't bulk up and stayed at a lean fighting weight, he'd probably be a cruiser-weight with a little weight-draining before the fight.

Rocky Marciano only went down twice for a total of 7 seconds. How many fighters can say that. They both weighted in at 188 well Marciano was 188 1/4.
