Damn there's so much spin around this issue. Wasn't it Top Rank who rejected the testing, Pacquiao's promoter? And last time I checked it was Pacquiao who has moved up 40 pounds over the course of his career, and who rejected OST with Floyd because he was "afraid of needles".
That being said, there's no denying it's more than a little sketchy JMM is working with a known steroid-supplier and comes out for the third Pac fight brawnier than ever at age 38.
They both look guilty here, this really puts a damper on the whole fight.

fighters move up in wait all the time just look at the ghost ! and look at gamboa ! but never have i seened a fighter on the downside of their career like marquez suddenly make all ginds of gains in the gym in such a short time ! and marquez seem to be faster now at almost 40 yrs old then when he was in the lower weight classess ! that makes no sense and those are valid concerns ! unlike when sr just started making wreckless allegations a few years ago !

Last time you checked???? Obviously you havent CHECKED any Boxing in all of 2012 or you would know Pac agreed to full USADA/WADA testing this year with no cutoff!
