Valuev looks to be the most vunerable belt holder at the moment, i can see him getting embarrassed by a few of the top guys, he may need to be knocked out though, if they're fought in Germany, or at the very least totally outclassed, which is very possible.

I would definately pick Toney to beat Rahman. The best fighter that Rahman has beaten in a long time is Monte Barrett. This isn't saying much, and in my opinion Rahman looked terrible against Barrett. All Rahman can do is throw a jab-straight right combination. The only thing he is good at is at throwing the most basic possible combination in all of boxing. You think he could beat a boxer like Toney? No way. You can't jab-straight right your way to a win against someone who has as good defense and footwork as Toney.

Briggs WANTS Peter...whether it happens as their next fight is yet to be seen...but I have a feeling that Briggs's constant calling out will bait Peter into a showdown BEFORE the end of 2006

then Brewster WANTS Valuev and is content on unifying...

Well I don't know who else will fight Valuez...Rahman the "WBC Champion" :::sticks tongue out::: is busy with Toney...that leaves Brewster and Byrd...I don't see Byrd calling out anyone, so I have a feeling Brewster vs Valuez will come off...

if these fights take place, my picks are:

        Toney UD Rahman
Peter TKO Briggs (in a good fight)
Brewster UD Valuev (UD depending on whether Valuev has a chin)

No telling what Byrd is up to...
Toney and Haseem, now were talking. Real boxing.

Face it, the guy wants to fight Byrd to protect his own chin.

That's all there is to it.

Brewster's the bigger puncher, and the more dangerous fight, so his preference is to fight a feather fisted guy who he's already beat rather than attempt to avenge his loss.

thats laughable, somebody provides you were an interview in which brewster makes it clear that he wont fight wlad cause its not a unification fight and you spin some bull**** to say wlad doesent want brewster. ****in hilarious. the fight wont happen until it has to happen because brewster prefers to fight guys who dont have the best jab, right cross and all around technical boxing skills in the heavy division. you talk about wlad wanting to take the easy way out well this is clearly a situation of brewster wanting the easy way out knowing that he can beat any of the champs easier than he could beat wlad and would earn prestige without risk.

with don king so heavily in the mix of a lot of the clowns in that division no telling how things will turnout.

with kings options and other legal cooltomfoolery over his hvwt stable i feel things arent what they seem to be.

be prepared for some sleepers and mismatched circus events in "06 hvwt division. as usual.

lol, take off your Nut Hugging glasses.

Brewster's already stopped Wlad you fool.

Yet Wlad targets a guy he's alreadly beat (who happens to be feather fisted) and that's the best choice for him according to you?

He should be looking to avenge his loss. Period.

He has the option of lobbying for both sanctioning bodies to inforce a title shot, and you're telling me it's a coincidence he'd prefer Byrd?

              Come one.

He would most likely beat Brewster. He has already shown that his superority in skill, he just needs to watch out for that big left hook and poison water just kidding. Seriously though, the fight would be a big risk for Brewster too. He might not be that crazy about fighting Wlad, after he showed that that bizzare gassing out in there first fight was a one time fluke.

But this is what should happen. Wlad should fight Byrd to get him out of the picture, he seems like the only sure one to beat him. Brewster should fight the Russian Giant, and Toney's fighting Rahman. So that leaves Wlad vs Toney/Rahman, and that winner fights Valeuv vs Brewster. If Wlad makes it to Brew or Valuev, those would be the biggest fight purses. Imagine how built up Brew vs Wlad would be by after all that. Or imagine the Wlad/Valuev fight in Germany $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
