has ward's chin been cracked yet?...this is one of those fights where ward could fight down to the level of his opponent, and it gets weird...besides that, ward decision in true clutch, clinch, and headbutt style....

I'd love for a Pavlik KO though

If I remember correctly I think Bika chin-checked Ward. That said, Not only will Pavlik not win a single round. He might get stopped outright. I can see the ref putting an end to this fight. Promoter is cashing out IMO. This guy is coming off of rehab with a handful of unimpressive wins and now they decide to throw him in with a P4P fighter? Makes no sense.

Ward has not been clinching and fighting ugly nearly as much in his last two fights. He basically destroyed Dawson outside. Pavlik's basic attack will not win him this fight, and he'll be hard pressed to make it competitive.

I guess the TS missed the Dawson fight. Anyway it will be a Ward UD. Pavliks trainer could be the ref and the outcome would be the same. Pavlik getting his ass kicked for 12 rounds.

Ward probably wins a ud. but Pavlik could win by KO. Pavlik has real power in both hands with the straight right being the best punch. Kelley also has the reach and a great jab so he has a chance. When Kelly hurts a guy he goes after them hard and he is a good finisher.

It's in jOakland so there's little reason to think that the ref wont favour Ward.
And even if the referee would break them up quickly I cannot see Pavlik having more than a longshot punchers chance. It's been many years since Pavlik gave a performance that could give him some hope, and since then his toughest fight has been a bottle probably just outscoring a staphinfection.
