Lets give credit, where credits due, DeMarco is a good fight. I think Burns is currently the best lightweight at the moment but Broner beat the number 2 guy at 135, in his first fight at the weight. That is impressive.

I'm not going to say Broner is the next p4p great because it is too early to say any such thing. He hits hard, has good speed but needs to tighten up his defense and learn to move a bit more. His footwork isn't exactly world class yet but his left hooks and straight right hands could give anyone at 135-140 problems.

Any boxer can get hit flush. The occasion where DeMarco popped his head back was when Broner didnt' give a ****. He had no respect for his power and none of the punches affected him.

It's not like the ****ing guy isn't going to ever get hit. Im just saying he barely did get hit and the shots were meaningless. So I dont see how anyone can watch this fight and make dumb ass statements about Broner's defense. He barely got touched.

Yes I know but he's not quite got the impregnable defense as some are making out, there were a few times when his head got popped right back or it seemed he didn't defensively react to some shots, you didn't see that happen with Floyd all too often.

He will get better but his defense although amazing will not be on the level of Mayweathers, in my opinion.

It was a great performance, I liked the way he stood toe to toe right in front of Demarco and landed at will. He's clearly on his way to becoming a superstar.

Personally, i don't like "THE" guy, but damn! this mofo got some skills. I'm definitly a fan after this last performance. He needs to stop mentioning Mayweather in every interview. He's fighting the best out there. Floyd's not even fighting. He weigh drained Corrales @130, and Broner went up and fought the best of that division. Not saying Broner is better than Floyd, but he's truly facing the best opposition.

Props on Broner on his victory. I won 500 bucks on bet that Broner would win. My boy at work won 1500. Broner pretty much beat DeMarco the way I thought he would. I would like to see Broner fight at 135 once more then Move up to 140. As for DeMarco he needs to stay at 135 and fight Vazquez or a rematch with Linares.

I thought Broner would win this fight but I did not see it happening in this fashion. DeMarco was manhandled. Broner impressed me.

If this fight wasn't a big blow to the confidence of DeMarco, I don't know what will be.

I still think Broner's wide-open mouth is a "problem" and I'm surprised he does it so much. Regardless of whether or not he's hit often doesn't really matter. Everyone gets caught occasionally, but you don't want your ****in mouth open when you do.
