To be p4p rated you have to be active. Of course sometimes that is not possible but dont make a habit of fighting once in a blue moon like one particular fighter.

Personally, I didn't particularly like Vasquez as an opponent, but it was Nonito's first fight at the weight and it was for a title, so I let it slide. Arce is the type of opponent that Donaire is capable of thoroughly out-classing and is capable of finishing his career in one night. Mismatches lead to big expectations, which will lead to the fighter falling short beneath those expectations and then he'll get discredited.Last edited by kiaba360; 11-08-2012, 08:13 PM.

For instance floyd only has to fight once in a very, very long while and he immediately becomes at least no2 p4p after one decent performance. That pattern of behaviour shouldnt be advized, as it promotes laziness in a fighter and has no benefit to fans who want to watch a fighter.
It is a loophole Floyd has taken advantage of for too long now. Just cos its not against the law what Floyd is doing dont mean to say its right.

If you just stream fights for free, why do you care? We all know that when it's not a super fight, most posters in this site, which includes this TS, are just streaming fights. How is this sport going to flourish if you're just watching fights for free?

Also, too many titles keep alot of big fights from happening and greedy promoters keeping things in house is another good reason to complain. I think this is where most of the complaining comes from. In reference to the sport itself of boxing, I love it.
1. Mayweather only cares about taking fights he knows he'll win easily and thats why he wont fight Pac, who he deems a risk, much less Martinez.
2. Arum doesn't care about the health of the sport and will only match his fighters with other TR fighters.
so, I can understand why people may complain but still love the sport. in fact, it makes sense.

Miguel can beat Foreman and Margarito and it dont garantuee Miguel p4p status. Floyd only has to beat Miguel and that seems to garantee Floyd p4p status?
That is more pressure on Miguel and no pressure on Floyd as Floyd knows he only has to put in one good performance once in a very long while.
Well let me tell you its harder to win 2 fights like Miguel did than it is Floyds one win against Miguel as Floyd beating Miguel dont mean hed beat Foreman and margarito.
Triangle theories dont work and dont apply, so why would Floyd retain some kind of reserved spot he seems to have and shouldnt have.?
