Hopkins by KO, Tarver never pressed the action against Jones in their third fight. he waited and let Jones stay on his feet until the final bell. Had Hopkins had Jones wobbled like Tarver did, Hopkins would've had taken out Jones, no doubt. Tarver has a big punch, but Hopkins knows how to make people fight, by coming forward and feinting, it wears fighters down being on the defensive.

Jones didn't want to fight Hopkins in a rematach first off because that was his roughest fight to date in their first encounter. you know Hopkins was roughing him up on the inside and landing shots more than anyone else Jones had faced at that time. Jones knowing that Hopkins was a tough cookie and that even though he beat him, it wasn't a walk in the park, why give him a rematch when he could go out and outclass other fighters and not get roughed up and hit so much.

People think that Hopkins doesn't throw enough and that Jones will win by descison, I say Bull****! In Jones's last fight he went a full round without landing a punch, maybe to be nice they said he threw like 5 punches and landed 1, big F'ing deal! Jones wasn't even competitive in his last 3 fights. Hopkins was more than competitive in his last fights, both of his losses to Taylor are easily and widely disputed. Hopkins might have not looked busy in his last two fights but he outlanded Taylor in both fights with a higher connect percentage. Hopkins didn't throw meaningless punches like Taylor, he tried to make each of his punches count, and make sure that they were hitting their mark.

this time around, ironically Hopkins will be the fresher of the two fighters and he'll be far more prepared, mentally and physically. Tarver doesn't have the finishing qualities that Hopkins does and Hopkins will finish off Jones.

going by both of their last performances, their last 4 to 5 fights, Hopkins is the favorite by far, actually Jones shouldn't even be getting into the ring with Hopkins, 1: it has the potential of boring people to sleep, and 2: Jones is risking getting KO'd again.

Jones couldn't KO Hopkins in their first fight and he doesn't posses the same speed and power as well as the same ring generalship as he once did. so he's down on more of a level playing field this time

the only thing that has changed with Hopkins is that he has been more patient and more selective on his punch output.

I'm saying Hopkins by KO, 9th round. Jones out cold for 30 mins again like he was against Johnson......
