why does edwin rodriguez get easy fight after easy fight just because his promoter is in cahoots with hbo? they are trying to hype up a guy who won't fight anyone. garbage. new faces? new frauds.

Would have liked to see Stevenson-Rodriguez.
I'm not complaining. HBO could use its own version of ShoBox The Next Generation anyway.

A couple months ago, I was hoping we'd see Rodriguez fight Adonis Stevenson. That would have been bombs away, and Stevenson has bounced back well after he was stunned against Boone. Would have been a good step up for both fighters, but I think Rodirguez turned down that fight.

Welcome "Monstruo" with open arms or should i say open your arms to catch Rodriguez..

What's going on boxing fans? A new sensation is making his way into the Super middleweight division this weekend. He's Jason "Monstruo" Escalera! A young man with great discipline, courage and devastating power in both hands. He was underestimated back in 2007 when he ended the career of a skillful national champ in the ametuers. Do your research. He's about to change the super middleweight divsion. Rodriguez hasn't been hit that hard!

The guy is a working progress. What's wrong with putting new guys on HBO? I bet you don't even pay for HBO... -_-

And how is he a fraud? He holds no belt, no one talks about him here, no one is hyping him up.

Escalera hits pretty hard but his foot work is awful, at least in the past. Hope he worked on that! He has power to spare!
