There was a re-hydration clause, Cotto was drained

According to the fight contract, the Puerto Rican will be fined $1 million for every pound in excess of 145 lbs., The Philippine Star reported. Moreover, if Cotto goes a fraction beyond 147 lbs., Pacquiao’s trainer, Freddie Roach, reportedly said he would call off the bout.

Cotto couldn't come in above 147. That is draining and you cannot deny it.

Which makes sense now, he came in 146 against Clottey and ate and drank that night and re-hydrated so he was normal Cotto.

In the Pacquiao fight he could only hydrate 2 lbs or Roach would call off the fight he was Zombie Cotto.

        Well it is almost 4am

I know these Cotto drained threads have been done over and over but none of them focuses on the re-hydration, in which there are FACTS that cannot be denied. Anyone who is not a nut hugger will see what happened and they will brush the Cotto victory aside as it should be.

        P.S. I don't even like Cotto :x

I think we all knew this. There's only one fighter you'll ever love, but he's taken.

A video of HHH would have been more original...

Looks like team Cotto seemed perfectly fine with it.

But then you realize the article simply states "allegedly" Roach said this or that.
