Hea right about the last part though in terms of the defense... Nobody ruined Hatton except himself. You can't fight Pacquiao with your hands low unless your reflexes are pretty much flawless. Hatton was never good defensively, he was just very good offensively so he got away with it to a point. But he ran into someone with better offense than him so he got flattened. No need to blame Mayweather Sr.

Also, by all accounts he didn't follow the strategy Mayweather had come up with that night.
