Put yourself in Broner's shoes. HBO execs come to you and make it clear they are gonna give you floyd's spot and the money that comes with it. How you gonna handle it?

Well, I'm a lil different than other people which may have hurt or helped me in my life but I've always been my own man and original. It's cool to incorporate without compromising in my opinion but not trying to shove my beliefs down anyone throat. Fact of the matter is that is the reason why we are at where we are now in society because many are quick to sell out for the cash without getting it on their own muscle. That's kind of like a big exec coming to you and saying "hey! if you wear this black face, tap dance and sing, then we will give you all the money and fame in the world" OR like in the music industry "How bad you want to get on" when so many artist be selling their bunns to get a record deal. Have to draw a line somewhere in the dirt and don't cross it. But again, that's just my opinion. Broner is a talented fighter no doubt and could do it without being Floyd but I guess if being someone else will get him more then more power to him. I just can't cosign a clone.

Boxing fans are soft these days. All they want is humble soft-speaking boxers. This the one sport where I think there should be **** talking cuz only u can back up your words. If u lose u gotta eat em. Adds excitement to the fight for me. Y'all are gonna try to kill broner cuz he is waayyy more arrogant than Floyd. Broner is more like an Ali than Floyd when it comes to all the talk. "you saw the fight. Was it as pretty as me?" lol that's classic.

Not every boxer is soft spoken or humble but at least you know who's who. Hopkins talks smack but we don't call him the old Floyd or Floyd young Hopkins. Pascal talks smack and so does a lot of boxers and black boxers at that but we all know who they are and that they speak for themselves not being compared to someone else in terms of personality. I respect Miguel Cotto for going against people trying to compare and say he was the next Tito Trinidad. Cotto STILL made and makes big money.

not may ppl have their own style and not many ppl are original in boxing. broner doesnt really fight like floyd anyways. he uses the same defense, but he fights more like winky wright imo. floyd fights the same way sometimes, but not usually.

Broner fights almost exactly like Floyd. He even mimmicks Mayweather's mannerisms in the ring. He's to Floyd what Kobe is to Mike.
