I am no Devon fan and that grunting BS he does when punching is extremely annoying. He also got BS decisions against Kotelnik and Matthysse, however, I do not think Khan is beating him at 147. Granted he has only faced Chino at 147 but he looked very good. Personally, I would be fine with Khan whipping Devon, I think he is overrated somewhat. Khans skills and heart have never been the issue, its been his decision making, strategy and mental state. Entertaining sure, but someone as talented as him should not resort to wild swinging engages in the ring. People who are less skilled do that because many times they have no choice. Chino, Gatti, etc. I love those fighters and they are some of my favorites but fight to your ability. Khan has somewhat of an amateurish style and if he changed trainers he could be even better. He needs to go to Garcia, Floyd Sr., Steward, someone...just not Roach. He could protect that chin more too. I used to hate Khan but actually I have started to respect him a bit more, even though hes a whiny baby. He has heart and fights whoever so, I respect that much.
Why do people hate Devon so much? He was probably asked by the interviewer specifically if he would fight Khan and he answered the question. That's not really a "call out".
