i've always felt that if chavez beats martinez i'll give him all the credit in the world,martinez has faced big guys before like pavlik,i think chavez beating a good boxer in martinez who has good lateral movement,good power,moves around the ring well would be a good victory for him...he would have beat a good,skilled boxer and we would have to give him credit for that,anybody who won't will just be proving they really hate chavez and not accept things how they are,these are the same ones saying he needs to fight martinez and now if he does and beats him they will come up with excuses,to me chavez hasn't beaten a good boxer,he's beaten guys who have the same style like him,but if he beats an accomplished boxer,a skilled guy like martinez i'll give him all the credit

I said Lee definitely could win but it all depends how he performs on fight night. Sometimes when I pick fights I am not sure because I am not too much into either guy so it is anybody fight but Chavez Jr/Martinez is a clear choice for me. Sergio Martinez by 11 round KO. Chavez Jr's size will have Sergio pick him apart and then lay him out. Too much skill for Jr.

I know for sure that Chavez-Martinez wont do better the Pac-Bradley. Specially if it happends on the same day as Canelo-Ortiz. Im thinking that would have the mexican fans cut down in half for both Chavez and Canelo

GRUSTLER, and what is MARTINEZ's win dependent on? Skills go out the window when someone will gladly eat your shots to get to your liver and skull. CHavez is no Paul Williams. Paul Williams fought in the middle of the ring and didn't care about taking Martinez to the ropes. This time Martinez will have someone with the strength and testicular fortitude to bully him into the ropes and commit to deadly body punching.

Last night Chavesito didn't impress anybody, Lee was at the same level as Jr & both put together are NOT even half the fighter Martinez is..Jr & his team have been Ducking Martinez for a long ass time & now Jr opened his big mouth, so lets see if he backs it up & really does face Martinez..Cause Roach did say that after this fight they were moving up to 168lbs..& Jr's size is not gonna be a problem for Martinez cause he fought Williams & Pavlik who are bigger than Jr & actually have a real record against real fighters & have earned their titles & they are proven fighters(not like Jr who had his road easily paved to get the title & has been given decisions against BUMS) & neither 1 of them(Williams nor Pavlik) ever intimidated Martinez & look at how they ended up against Martinez..

wrong on soo many points dead wrong first of all Martinez didnt , impress anyone either in his last fight he was losing at the time of the ko, also Jr performance last night showed many things one that hes getting better, he has serious power and size, and that he has more weapons at his disposal as well as defense than sergio has, martinez only has a fast left hand thats it, and pavlik as well as williams are not bigger at alllll, chavez is 6ft1 son, pavlik maybe close in size but williams was really a welterweight with height, Yall keep saying Jr is a bum yet he keeps winining and winnig despite better and better comp , yall are sleeping on this kid for ****** racial reasons ,I wouldnt be surprised if Martinez gets stopped, who got hit more in their last fight???
