Terrible news. Its gonna be a sad moment when reality sets in on all of this for Williams. I would love for Williams to 'beat the odds', but the reality is, he severed his spine (assuming thats correct). Atleast he has upper body movement, and wasnt an idiot with the money he had made.

Gut wrenching. Wish him all the best. There's no quit in The Punisher so if anyone can get through this its him. Always seemed like a cool dude.

I'm not ashamed to admit this news brought me to tears yesterday. I hope somehow they are wrong and it's not as bad as they say, but that if it is he can find peace with it. I can't imagine how hard it would be for an elite athlete to have to accept the news that not only will you never compete again but you'll never walk again. From the sound of it he seems to be in complete denial about it, and I can certainly understand that and him having the belief that he'll beat this. I hope he does and proves them all wrong.

Absolutely horrific...Things like this really put life into perspective. I really dont have the words, all I can say is good luck in your toughest fight yet. Damn.

Very glad to hear Paul's in good spirit. And I definitely thought he would have had the edge over Canelo in their bout. What a shame.
I've been riding motorcycles since I was 10. I raced motocross and most recently have been drag racing, but it's stories like these that keep me off the street. I'm confident in my own abilities, but the other drivers out here...

Wow. Wishing Paul a speedy recovery and great health. He's alive is what counts, thanks to the helmet. But so sad. Now someone needs to invent a contraption to prevent bike riders from suffering spinal cord injuries in tragic accidents.
Wishful thinking. I know.
