this whole thing is just disturbing...the lack of better judgment...dude was going to his brother's wedding? really? taking that unnecessary risk...its not like he was out riding...he was going to a wedding...
    True, whole thing is devastating.

i wonder if one of those spine protector vests could have helped him and if he was wearing one or not

Like I posted in the 1st thread on this subject, this is just Horrible!! Just hoping Williams could pull a Vinney Pazienzia & make a full recovery & a full come back in boxing!!!He was going to be Canelo's first REAL opponent(that wasn't a tomato can, from a lower weight class or an washed up has been) & Canelo's first real test in his entire career!!

Athletes need to avoid motorcycles point blank. Diego Corrales killed himself, Anthony Dirrell almost killed himself on a bike, we all saw what happened with Ben Rothlisberger all those years ago, Jay Williams, etc.

Damn shame, I feel really sorry for Paul

It doesn't matter if he was wearing a helmet. If you land on your head after traveling 70 miles per hour, your skull will survive but your neck is toast.

I hope the best for him, he can still be able to walk again...it's a long shot but it's not impossible.

Damn. The injuries do sound as if they are permanent, hoping Pwill proves them wrong and walks again! Prayers to him and his family.

Motorcycles are death on wheels. Seriously. You make one mistake on a motorcycle you're toast or the other million drivers on the road.
