It dont matter if anyone thinks he acted or not.

1.) He had neurological problems and was sidelined by doctors, a boxer in his prime. The main reason he could not fight Ward, even if he didnt want to fight his long time friend he had a damn good excuse.

2.) The ref called a DQ immeadiately, so regardless if you think he was acting the fight was over.

3.) The tide was not turning, Dirrell got a little over confident and brave, got put on his ass as a wake up call. He was gonna finish strong and win an UD

4.) He gets credit for laying down the blueprint to beating Abraham (the favorite in the fight and the.favorite behind Kessler for the Super 6)

Because he never beat Froch for 1,and many viewed what he was doing at the AA fight to be running and slowing up the fight(B!tchazz tactics)...

Dirrell is a great talent, but he comes off as scared in the ring,I thought he beat AA very soundly and thought he was getting tired and hit towards the end of that fight...AA still had no right to do what he did,but I believe a lot of people blame Dirrell for it happening in the first place...As for the Froch fight,I thought it was close but a clear victory for Froch..I score effective boxing, not effective running...

Would you get into the ring with someone who doesn't want to engage and/or is willing to act and cheat his way to victory?

What goes round comes around, enjoy your inactivity and wasted prime Mr.Dirrell.

Shaw said that if a fighter claims neurological problems they do a scan use that as a baseline and the fighter has to show an improvement from that. I dont know what Dirrel was diagnoised with exactly but he felyt it was worthy of keeping him out the ring for 2 years.

As for the tide turning , I think things were going against Dirrel when it was stopped. Abraham was comingt on, scored a KD Dirrel started to panic and run to much and you could see he had lost his composure compared to the early rounds. Maybe he could have gone on to win on points anyway we dont know but at that point he was in trouble and I think aided his decision in staying down. I dont belive he was truely unconcious having a spasm. Nobody knows but him if he was acting or not.

Because a lot of people hate boxers and love punchers. Same reason why you got idiots hating on Abril. If Dirrell was a come forward ****er they would give him a pass. Look how many people are saying he faked his injury but they don't say anything about Kessler's well-timed eye injury. Kessler said his vision was blurry but he DROVE to the motherfuckin press conference to announce his withdrawal from the tourney...

I personally give Dirrell as much credit as I can concerning both fights. I think he gets all the credit for beating Abraham. But with Froch, it gets sticky. Because he was worse than Oscar against Tito because he put a new stamp on the word running in that fight.

His corner was ignored. They told him clearly to stop running. They're not gonna give you the fight here if you keep running. But he refused to fight. I think if Dirrel boxed froch & moved, he'd be ok. But the champion kept coming & he was simply waiting for the bell.

I don't feel it was that bad, a jab actually clipped Dirrell as he slipped (could of counted as a knockdown) it wasn't that delayed as say Pac hitting Marquez when he was down in I believe the 2nd fight.

Maybe I am wrong, I don't know as it wasn't me taking the shot but from what I seen I genuinely believe he was looking for a way out.
I agree. Abraham is a great puncher but that was not much of a punch, having neither speed nor weight in the blow and therefore not much power. Yes, I think he faked being knocked out so get as mad at me as you want to. I also thought he lost to Froch fair enough by a point or two. Froch came to fight, Direll came to land a quick punch and then grab and hold excessively. I don't like Direll, I think he is a cry baby without much heart for a top top pro. He has skills for sure but that alone is not always enough. I would not say this to his face of course. If we are judging top pros the standard for bravery has to be pretty high.

I don't like Dirrell but I don't hate him either....I think he's soft...as my man rome said, he got some b1tchassness in him....he frauded the fans by walking out of the S6 because he didn't wanna fight his homie...with that said, I thought he beat Froch...I had it 8-4 Dirrell, **** I thought Froch beat Kessler, I had that 7-5 Froch

I've said it once, twce and now three times...Dirrell would be close to being unbeatable IMO if he wasn't such a soft dude....skills are sick, but his heart is what needs some medicine!!
