Dr.Stephen Parnis main concern was the issues of permanent disfigurement, scarring to the face, broken bones, permanent eye injuries & blood flying everywhere that's a risk because blood transmits infectious diseases. Well 1st of all someone needs to inform Dr Parnis that fighters get tested for infectious diseases(among other things)before every fight & if they come up positive for anything THEY WON'T BE ALLOWED TO FIGHT! 2nd thing is, I believe Rugby is a huge sport in Australia & if there's a contact sport where loosing teeth, scarring to the face, broken bones & open bleeding wounds are in order, Rugby is 1 of them!! & even in Futbol(Soccer) I've seen bad injuries including broken bones!!3rd thing is ALL these athletes are not FORCED to participate, they do it on their OWN WILL & most of them train properly & are fully prepared for any outcome & there is also a ref & a ring doctor to look over & protect the fighters..If it's up to Dr.Parnis(& a few others) the ONLY sports that would be allowed in Australia would be Golf, Tennis, bowling & track & field..Cause according to what Dr.Parnis insinuates the rest of the sports involve some kind of contact or risk of getting seriously hurt..I think he's just FULL OF S H I T!!

Paul Mccloskey must be peeved he didn't fight Amir Khan in Aus cause his little cut wasn't even half that gash...

You can't blame boxing,bBlame either the ringside Dr , the ref, cornermen...

Looks like a good fight to be honest

            Hahaha "Brad Pitt".

But seriously though, I seen the pics of that fight, and it isn't That bad.

I was expecting something much worse.
