        Why are people surprised? This is what we have been asking for, clean the whole sport period, So far two americans have failed a test with VADA now, So lets see how this affect the sport...

                Is Pacquiao only allowed to do random testing in a Mayweather fight? I know Pacquiao isn't the brightest but even he should know doing random testing would be a good thing for him to do.
