The issue has ALWAYS been the lack of sophistication with the NSAC's testing. Random blood tests just happen to be one of the perks of anti doping tests in addition to a higher stanard piss test. The NSAC still does their scheduled testing and they ask for the cooperation of the participating anti doping agency. Why are y'all acting dumb trying to spin old ass news?
