Has anyone been testing Mosley? He could be cheating again.

Hopefully this is Mosley's last fight. He's starting to slur a bit when he talks. He's really over staying his welcome. He does have a puncher's chance and Canelo has been hurt before. Expectations a bit low for this fight altogether.

The Racket Squad: Just Another Shane Shame

This type of insanity has existed in the ring ever since fistic challanges were invented.
An aging warrior goes in against the odds.

              Louis fell to Marciano.
              Ali fell to Holmes.

The problem is that Mosely is no Joe Louis nor anywhere near a Muhammad.
He is a Olympian who turned pro and discovered that guys like Vernon and Winky had his number.

Today, he does not even have a number to dial.
The thrill and skill are gone.
40 seasons of Earthly existence have rendered him impotent in a squared circle.
His last 3 encounters have been disasters that have displayed his fistic erosion.
Yet, his name is enough to score million buck assignments.
We all know that so many are more deserving of such an opportunity.
No one seems to care and many will pay dearly to see this debacle.

This will not be a prize fight. It will be a sad sideshow suggesting nothing truthful within our knowledge of Saul Alvarez.
Unfortunatly it will state all we already know about Sugar Shane.

Thomas Gerbasi wrote--->"Shane Mosley never made it to 39-0 like his Saturday opponent, Saul “Canelo?Alvarez, who also has a draw on that otherwise spotless record".. What Gerbasi didn't mention is that Mosley fought REAL TOP OF THE LINE OPPONENTS & Canelo has that record cause he's fought TOMATO CANS, SMALLER OPPONENTS & PAST THEIR PRIME HAS BEEN'S..Even thou Canelo has a world title, he hasn't fought a quality top of the line opponent..Canelo has had his ride to the title easily paved by his handlers & WBC president Sulaiman(just like J.C Chavez jr)..& by the looks of things, this fight doesn't make a defference cause the last time Mosley looked good was 3 years ago against Margacheato..Since then Mosley has had only 3 fights & hasn't won any of them, loosing 2(against the best there is, Mayweather & Pacquiao) & 1 draw..

I think Mosely was brought in to add another notch on Alvarez's belt. Whether it's competitive or not depends on which Mosely show up. If things get tough early, I think Mosely will get on his bicycle and stay clear of Alvarez's heavy hands. Shane at his prime would destroy this kid. It's a shame what he has to do to collect a paycheck. With that being said, if the Shane Mosely that fought Margarito or even Cotto show up we're in for an upset. Alvarez is still not ready for big leagues. He gets hit way too much to pose a threat to a good boxer who's not passed his prime, or the lesser known brother of of a couple of boxing superstars.

Yeah, I've been concerned about Shane for a minute now. Especially the slurring. I agree - definitely low expectations with this fight......
