Comments Thread For: Roach Says Ariza 'Not a Pro, Unprofessional' For Leaving

There seems to be a rift building in Manny Pacquiao's training camp. A few days ago, strength and conditioning coach Alex Ariza left Pacquiao's camp in the Philippines to help prepare middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. for his upcoming fight with Andy Lee on June 16th.

The "exclusive interviews" were done by philboxing.com and ABS-CBN.

Damn it looks like they might be creating some type of smoke screen for the entire camp. All of his fighters have big fights coming up. maybe Ariza might be the scapegoat if anyone loses. I love Manny and Amir though. Not a big JCCJR fan.

I don't see ANY thing special about Ariza. There are lots of great conditioning coaches out there and they should just let him walk away. I the guy rubs me the wrong way.
