Shouldn't Bob get cracking on the build now, while there's plenty of time? Instead of waiting until the last minute and using it as an excuse to back out of negotiations?

The purpose of the temporary stadium was to host a Floyd/Pacquiao fight. Why should he be building a stadium for a fight that is nowhere on the horizon?

Probably not. However I think Pac's eye is still healing. Apparently the 39 year old lightweight roughed him up pretty badly.

In the end, Bob is already lining Pac up with JMM later this year. Like the past 3 years, Bob doesn't want to make the fight with Mayweather this year either.
