How can people have Martinez p4p ahead of JMM?

The level of competition the two are facing is night and day. Its not sergios fault, hes fighting who is there at 160 but late KO wins over lesser opponents doesnt make you a lock for #3 p4p, especially when its evident that JMM would easily beat sergio if they were the same size.

But the powers that be dont always get it right. For instance when Floyd was p4p no1 instead of Pac, when Pac was beating Barrera and Morales and JMM.
If they cant even get no1 and 2 right of course further down the pecking order 3-10 they can have people in places they shouldnt be and get it wrong as well.
cause beating a mosley coming off of a lose and a draw
a margo who hadnt won **** since 2008
and a clottey coming off of a lose
not to mention gettign your ass kicked by a lightweight isnt as impressive as
dominating the same lightweight
beating mosley when he was the wba champ top 3 p4p
beating #2 ranked wbc champ Ortiz

Further Martinez is only in his 2nd weight class and JMM is up at his 3rd and 4th weight class. If we see marquez struggle with Katsidis versus Sergo struggle with Barker and Macklin, JMM is more forgivable when he has jumped more weight classes.

Is there anyone that really thinks if they were the same size that JMM wouldnt school the **** out of Martinez? Martinez had trouble with Macklin's combinations which landed pretty easily, he would never be able to beat JMM, isnt that the basis of p4p?
JMM's majority decision loss to Pac, with one judge having it even and the majority of fans having it a win, is better then Martinez' last two fights with fighters way below Manny's level and it being an even fight going into the 10th.
1) Kellerman "Pac=G.O.A.T."
2) J.M.M. beats Pac
3) Kellerman "JMM= 5th best fighter today"
