First he had a youtube video calling out boxers and he called Eloy a "burrito" eating something, I even posted in the comments of that video like " you ****ed up and Delahoya not gonna let that **** slide". Couple weeks later it got deleted, I wonder whyyy. Then he goes on an interview at fighthype dissing mexicans. That article is still up I believe. I like how he fights in the ring but his persona for the youth is not the right standard to be setting

Why's it wrong to say we eat burritos? We're blessed our food is famous because it's good. It's like saying a "spaghetti eating Italian" or "vegetable eating Indian".

Brandon Rios is the Mexican Adrien Broner. Yet Mexican posters **** on Broner, but turn around and root for Rios.

But it's alright because these particular posters also call George Zimmerman a hero.

As long as you realize that the numbers alone don't always tell the tale. 38-11-2 Orlando Salido is pretty badass, despite his sub-par record. There are a few undefeated guys out there with gaudy records that will get eaten-up for lunch when they're pitted against a live opponent. Who knows? You might even have to reconsider your assessment of Abril after April 14.

The ironic thing about all this is that rios is about as Mexican as taco bell.... Up until recently he started speaking some Spanish , couple years ago he couldn't say a word, the closest he had ever been to Mexico was California...

You as a latino might not take offense but I know other latinos would and already have. Just like I would be offended if Eloy said Broner is a watermelon eating muthafucka. The mutual respect has to be there. I'm all for trash talkin but not racial.

Improbable, yes. Highly? Mmm...not sure about that. Brandon is a beast at lightweight, but he's definitely beatable. I don't think Abril is the guy to do it, but it wouldn't shock me if he did. Just because most of us hadn't heard of the guy before the Rios press conference doesn't mean he sucks.

There's little footage of Richard's fights out there. From what I've seen, he boxes and he's fairly awkward. He doesn't have the pop to keep Brandon in check. But I've also been looking at more footage of Rios. "Bam Bam's" greatest asset is his "Terminator-like" toughness and relentlessness. That, combined with his inside game, makes him fearsome. However, Brandon can be picked apart by a good boxer with respectable power and stamina.
