Max capacity supposed to be 5600, but sometimes I hear 5,000 as being sold out. I guess it depends how its setup. Nathan Lewkowicz (Sampsons' son) said 5,600 a week ago.

A sell out means that 90% of tickets have been sold i think

Dibella was claiming it would be the biggest boxing gate in the theater a while back, but recently he changed it to second best after Mosley vs Vernon Forrest.

I believe the biggest St Patricks gate before this was from John Duddy who actually had a giant built up Irish following beforehand.

Six months later, on St. Patrick’s Day Eve 2007, John fought at The Theatre again; this time against Anthony Bonsante. NYSAC records show a total attendance of 4,955. Irish Ropes reported that 4,471 of that was “paid.” The “gross receipts of ticket sales” reported by Irish Ropes to the commission was $558,505.

Sold Out means, 200 people paid for tickets, 4800 were bought by the promoter to give away
