Why isn't Pac fighting Bradley at his strongest/most proven weight (140)?

I posted that he fought at 153 or w'e in the ams. He goes vegan to make 140. He walks at 165 he said.
Why does PAC has to go to 140?
PAC fights at 147 now and he is staying at that figure.
But anway, you don't have forlorn the weight.
If Bradley wants to come in at 140, he can.

According to some pac fans, if Manny is to small to be at 147 then why not fight Bradley at 140. This is the point I was making. Me, personally, I think Manny is a very strong WW, despite his size. I have yet to see if this statement is still true with OST.
Anyway, @ the people still referring to Bradley's walk around weight, I'm still waiting on you to show me a link where Bradley is in a Chavez Jr state of not making weight?
Here's my theory, even though Bradley called Pac out at 147, I think Bradley was told "you fight at 147 or no fight". I can't find any articles, but I do remember Bradley calling Pac out at 140 a while back.
If I'm wrong and Bradley just wants to fight Pac for his 2nd fight a 147 then so be it. But if Bradley was forced to fight Pac at 147 due to Arum's negotiation stronghold, then that's some BS.Last edited by BoxingGenius27; 03-14-2012, 09:13 AM.

Besides, i thought hatton asked to fight mayweather at 147?
Marquez fought at 135. Was mayweather suppose to fight him at 147?
