Mosley only knocked out Margarito without his lucky plaster charms. Canelo doesn't shop at the 99 cent store like that.

The problem is that Bradley has pride and honor, he won't take a dive, it's not in his genetic makeup; the party ends June 9th.

Mosley stop kidding yourself. We all know dam well you are over the hill in boxing terms and you will lose on a decision to a sadly, but lousy champion. Canelo will beat Mosley with just youth. Not that he is a good fighter because he is not. It's just that Mosley is too old. Reality is a ***** to accept, but we will all see Mosley get spanked by a cheap and protected fighter.

          i say hes right.
          who wants it?
mosley by ko or points but it will come via ko im sure.
he is far too experienced for this ginger kid.
he carries more power and quicker with the hands than any other faced so far.
too much to deal with besides, this alvarez kid is really boring to watch.
lets face it, ryan rhodes, matthew hatton? are you sure a step in this direction is the way? its a biiiiig risk fighting this "overthehill" fighter.

25k says mosley! who wants it?

So he won't be cowering and touching gloves every two seconds like against Manny?

How long can he keep getting pay days offa his name?

I see the Mosley - Alvarez fight goin one of two ways:

One. The Mosley that put an impressive whoopin to cheatin Margarito, not only shows up, but shows up by the suprise of many, my self included, to dominate a slow but powerful fighter. If that scenario plays out, Sugar Shane will prove too a lot of critics that maybe he does have something left in the tank, even though it might be only the one last fight. Then, at the same time, it could show that Canelo really doesn't have the head movement that fans say he has and also prove he has been hand fed opponents his last few fights and hasn't had any real good challengers.

Two. The Shane Mosley that fought Mayweather and Pacquiao, will make his disappointing appearance and gets hurt, bad by the hard hitting Alvarez. The beating will end with a very convincing unanamous decision, not KO due to Sugar never being KO'd. On top of that, critics will say he should had never take this fight against Canelo, who will get the tag name of being a terrific, power punching, monster of a fighter that took out an over-the-hill big name boxer, which might not give him the credit he should deserve.

Please let me know if you think im wrong.

I hope Mosley knocks him out then announces his retirement.

Sadly for Mosley, Canelo knocks him out and into retirement.

Alvarez is not as fast as Manny, nor technically supreme like Floyd. However, he is proficient boxer who punches with sharp, hard combinations, takes a good shot, and is much bigger than both of them. He's a middleweight moonlighting at light middle. Mosley just doesn't have it in him any more. He's a natural welterweight fighting a natural middleweight, who is young enough to cut to light midde without being hurt by it.

People think Alvarez is a hype job, but this kid has made everybody he has fought look silly. He has hardly lost a round for 10 fights. At 21, he's made seasoned pros - world title challengers, former titlists - look like they have nothing to beat him with. You can argue clever match making, but the reality is, based on his last 10+ fights, he is an elite fighter. Just like Mosley was an elite fighter.

When Duran got old and went up in weight, he started getting beaten by top fighters. Mosley, who is no Duran, is old and going up in weight, having already been beaten by top fighters. Canelo is a top fighter. This is going to be a one sided beating.

Alvarez will look faster, sharper, and more powerful. People will say Mosley is shot. He's not shot, but he's in decline, and Canelo is going to put the final the nail in the coffin of Sugar Shane's career.

People point to the Alfredo Gomez fight to say that Alvarez is a fraud, that Gomez was hitting him and causing trouble, but I totally disagree with that assessment. I saw a fighter who was so many levels above his opponent that he used the fight to experiment and focus on shots he didn't normally use - notably the uppercut as a counter. The only reason he got hit was because he was trying out new moves, and he could have taken Gomez out at any time by reverting his style.
