EXCLUSIVE: Good n bad news about the Gamboa situation.

Let's start with the bad... Gamboa did sign a 2 year extension. He isn't happy about it and he feels he wasn't treated well.

Now the good, he does want the fight with Rios! However, in order to accept the fight, he wants a release from Top Rank from the 2 year contract he signed.

Gamboa himself will give his version very soon...

He is a Non-English speaking featherweight and he wants to pull this crap??

rios need gamboa more then gamboa needs rios (im goin with rios to win the fight if it happens) not a rios fan but gamboa needs better managment,,, he got plenty of options left,, stay at featherweight and fight lopez if he win against salido,,,

if he really wants a big fight move up one div and go fight Mr.Broner (all $ fights n big steup fights for gamboa)


if rios wanted a big name oppenet whos at 135? not much he should move up 2 divisions and fight alexander (very winnable fight for rios imo) or fight berto/ortiz,,

Are you serious? Rios has 10X the big money fight options then Gamboa. TR owns 126 and 130 is a dead division, there are NO fights there. Stop dreaming because a Broner fight would not happen anytime soon, literally years away

Rios is at 135, has Guerrero, JMM, Peterson, Khan, Miadana, Matteshye, etc all around him.
