Pacquiao Vs Bradley....Mayweather Vs Cotto....Which fight has the most risk?

Firstly, i would like to say that i am an equal fan of both fighters. However, i would like to hear peoples opinions on the upcoming opponents of Mayweather and Pacquiao.

My opinion is that Cotto is more of a threat to Mayweather than Bradley is to Pacman. Cotto is a seasoned fighter who is used to the big stage and proved against Margarito that he aint finished. Bradley on the other hand, there is no doubt he is talented his record speaks for itself. But what fighters on Bradley's resume qualify him for a fight with arguably the greatest fighter on the planet? What danger does Bradley pose? Pacman is most dangerous when fighters come to him and regardless of what Bradley releases to the public he is one dimesional but effective against opponents matched for his style. Cotto is and will always be a gifted body puncher, and what part of Mayweather does the public claim to be his weakness...

One dimensional fans who generally hate on Mayweather because of the way he conducts himself will not agree with this thread and will make ****** comments regarding the topic.
The point im trying to make is Mayweather has been accused of cherry picking his opponents to match Mayweather's style.
However, this time around Pacman is the fighter who has took the less risks. Bradley hasn't earned a shot at him, hes walked into this fight. He took eight rounds to get rid off an O.A.P like Casamayor!

    Opinions welcome.....

well pac-bradley fight is set up and theres no way in hell bob arum will let pac lose and derail the pac-may fight. too much money to lose for bradley to get lined up with floyd

Cotto might be stronger but floyd is gonna be smooth sailing after round 4.

I have no interest in seeing Mayweather/Cotto. Nobody cares about this fight.

I asked some random guy that was talking about boxing. He said, "Didn't Pacquiao already beat Cotto?". "Whats the point of the fight?"

This is how the general public views the fight. Another Cherry pick by Floyd

Now ask the boxing public how they view both these fights, and see what kind of answers you get, unless you prefer the credibility of casual boxing fans that have seen each of these fighters fight 5 or 6 times, combined. Thats up to you...

cotto's style and size should pose floyd more problems than bradley will pacquiao. and, as for which fight the public finds most interesting, let's take a look at the reply count for the two stickied thread here on nsb: mayweather v cotto -- 2,430 replies; pacquiao v bradley -- 164 replies.

At first i thought that Bradley would be more probmatic but until i analysed it more closely. Bradley has never faced any challenge like Pacman. Hes biggest fights have been Alexander and Peterson. Both are talented fighters but not in Pacman's league. I admire his courage and confidence but i think like a lot of fighters he has been blinded by money. A up and coming fighter like Bradley should see his development isnt complete and losing to Pacman will only ruin a decent record he has estabilished.

In terms of Cotto, he has a huge following. He may be finished at 147 but looked a different fighter against Marg. Whether he is the fighter to halt the Mayweather dominance remains to be seen, but he is the biggest threat in the last few years. I dont know how anyone can claim that Floyd fights Manny's leftovers! Manny has been incredibly active compared to Floyd and if were honest Floyd will fight the guy who brings more money to the table. With the options he had...Pacquiao....Alvarez.....Cotto, we know everyones desired opponent and whatever reasons blocking the fight nobody but both sides will know. We can speculate but we cant know for sure. And the Floyd Vs Alvarez fight would have been a mismatch. Alvarez is there to be hit and Floyd would have pot shotted him all night long to a UD. He is too inexperienced for a fight of this magnitude. So that leaves cotto, Hes experienced and brings money to the table. A no brainer for Mayweather, and a chance for Cotto to redeem himself.

As for Pacman, IMO he lost his last outing. So he should have settled the saga once and for all and silence the critics. And with what Freddy and Manny have come out and said recently, they know Marquez has got his number. They have stayed away waiting for Marquez to age more than he is and will fight him when hes 40 when he cant cope with Manny. And i love watching the Manny vs Marquez fights. And after not securing the Mayweather fight, he could have settled a different score and silenced his doubters. Instead he picks Bradley and Top Rank will do there best to big bradley up and make the public believe he is something that quite frankly hes not. Happens alot in boxing and some fans are that devoted to one fighter that they accept it.

bradley doesnt have a stoppage punch at 140 let alone 147

cotto has a well established left hook (to both the body and the head)

since we know pac and floyd are the more skilled fighters in both bouts then this pretty much answers your question
