Its impossible to distinguish who has the toughest regime.
What makes me think Pacquiao training regime is the toughest is the calories he takes in when training.
He takes in around 7000 calories a day and burns more than that a day during training camp, because he is losing weight.
That is more than a a couple of marathons a day everyday for 10 weeks, and that just the average. When he is peaking the energy expended in a day must be close to 8500 calories, and for a man is size, I don't think anyone else comes close in boxing, there maybe a few in other sports that can match this.

"Manny's was a f--king machine. He started on Saturday. We ran 45 minutes up hill. Then we went to the gym. Then he boxed eight rounds with Linares, and then I did 12 rounds on the mitts with him," said Roach, who will continue training Pacquiao at his Wild Card Boxing Gym in Hollywood beginning today.
"And then, eventually, we finished up with the speed bag, jumped rope, and worked the double-end bag. Then he went out and he played basketball, which was the final game of basketball, and they won by 16 points ... he's not allowed to do it anymore."KHAN LIKES TRAINING WITH PACQUIAO
"You know what? I prefer when Manny Pacquiao is in the camp. We've sparred, but I don't think that we will spar for this camp, because, with him being a southpaw and everything, it's doesn't make sense for this fight," said Khan, whose last two victories were over southpaws Paul McCloskey, by decision in April, and ex-IBF titleholder Zab Judah, by fifth-round knockout in July.
"But I like sparring with him. You've got Manny Pacquiao to run with in the morning, and it motivates me to watch him train and to train with him. I love watching him train."Manny is a machine. Like this morning he ran 48 minutes up-hill the entire run. He averages about five and a half-minute miles going up steep hills and he’s a great runner. Then we came in the gym. He loosens up gets ready then we do 15 rounds of mitts, three rounds of double end bag, three rounds of the speed bag, three rounds of jump rope, six rounds of shadowboxing, then we did a photo shoot. Then sit ups of course.
KJ: How many sit ups does he do on average?
FR: Over a thousand. Thousand in the morning and another thousand at night.
KJ: A thousand in the morning and another thousand at night? Every day?
FR: Every day.
Khan can't keep up.

Floyd is good but not that good.
That just beastly from Pacquiao.
If anything Pacquiao trains too hard, he needs to slow down.
