Lots of intangibles that could make this fight even more competitive. One of them being that Mayweather's trainer, slightly ******ed and almost toothless, Uncle Roger Mayweather has stated multiple times he sees nothing special about Cotto and that Floyd would have zero problems with him. Point is I see Mayweather's camp making almost no adjustments for anything particular that Cotto brings to the fight. Thats good for us Cotto fans.

if floyd mayweather is a "has been" as our resident genius says he is, then manny pacquiao is a "never was"

As a cotto fan, this x10000000.

I wish he wouldnt take cotto seriously, but he takes everybody seriously, and im gonna guess especially cotto. mayweather is an elite professional.

Imo, cotto has the skills, power and knowledge to beat mayweather, or atleast make it a great, entertaining fight. its gonna take a great night and gameplan tho. In anycase, he comes to fight and is a resilient fighter. Mayweather doesnt throw in volume, so i dont see the fight being stopped, but i see a great back and forth fight. If cotto can just take his time, picking his spots, i see him having success. A liver shot can always change the fight, especially with mayweathers high hell guard.

I remember a time when everybody thought mosley was too fast, strong, better footwork, etc for cotto. The bottom line is **** happens, and people can be wrong.

Thats BS he trains hard but so do many other champions, he is simply highly talented and has been cherry picking based on the best/least riskiest economic matchups he could get.

As egotistical as Floyd is, as big as he talks, losing is probably one of the worst things, in his mind, that can happen to him. He knows how the media will turn on him, so that automatically transfers into his gym work. I remember Nate Jones, long time friend of his, said Floyd once dreamed that he lost a fight, said something to the effect that Floyd got all emotional over it and ran 6 miles quickly after. I'm sure a prime Roy Jones knows exactly how Floyd feels, as Jones was a very big talker himself. Gives me chills thinking about it, would probably feel like demons to me, but Floyd greatly benefits of course. Long story short, Floyd takes all fighters serious, including Cotto.

roger trash talking has nothing do with what floyd does in the ring.

floyd won't overlook cotto. dude doesn't want to lose his "0".

Floyd will be ready as always. I just hope he goes toe to toe with Miguel and make it fun for us.

WTF are you are talking about? What fighter has Roger said will give PBF problems or he sees something special in? PBF camp hasn't even started so how are you commenting on adjustments they may or may not make?

Were you serious with this post or just trying to get your points up to make some bets?

Manny Pacquiao train's harder, his regime is much tougher.
