WBC being an International Boxing Body, should ought to have Official Representative to oversee the fights testing requirements and not put everything in the hands of local boxing officials.

Good luck with the Texas atlethic commission. There is a reason some fights gets done their that might seem questionable.

If the allegeations were in reverse Suliman would had been all over it trying to look out for the best interest of Chavez Jr

JCCjr should contact Rubio's people and negotiate a place and pee in cup. Let's not have any controversy and move onto SM... JCCjr doesn't want this to linger; his star is on the rise and PED would derail his progress....

But they don't give a flying ****, mate. They are there to make $$$. They don't give a single **** about the fighters. Simple as that.

Unprofessional by team Rubio to take the matter to the WBC. Maybe JCCJr.'s actions are su****ious, and it certainly appears so, but Rubio's team should have adressed the issue before the fight as a JCCJr. under su****ioun is nothing new.

I dont think Texas has required testing so it falls on WBC shoulders to make sure the test are administered since its their rules that fighters must be tested.

This skipping of the testing was obviously all premeditated

Well he's been caught taking banned substance before, so if he knew there would be no tests, I don't see why he wouldn't take another banned substance knowing he can get away with it this time.

Why do roach/ariza fighters avoid taking drug tests. I've been turned off of pacquiao since his refusal and now jcc jr. No clean fighters avoid tests they welcome them. To me all roach/ariza fighters are now under question.

Not saying Jr took anything but the fact that there was no testing in a championship fight (as required by the WBC) seems suspect.
