This guy says "We're not in a hurry".
Lol you just tried to lock in a fight with the #1 P4P fighter, but you're not in a hurry?
Of course, you're only not in a hurry when people mention James Kirkland.
Sign to fight Kirkland and forget about Mosley. Plain and simple.

Just wait for the announcement, it's going to be a Canelo vs Mosley. Kirkland is fighting real soon and his fight is just too early for May 5th, or at least that's what the Canelo promoters are going to say. It's going to be something like "Kirkland has no time right now because he's training for Molina, so we're already in talks with Mosley to make this fight" ... Canelo is surely going to beat Mosley, in fact right now even decent guys in the division should be able to compete with Mosley ... the guy is just completely shot.

And to your second point, i think he's simply done and now just going for his last couple of pay days....and i dont blame him with the ass he is getting. Goddamn!! That's if he's still with that girl on YT with the huge Ass!!!

i dont know why kirkland has so much hype when he got ko'd in 1 by Ishida. Then got whooped up on by Angulo until he gassed, came back, then took him a handful of rounds more until he could even get the TKO. He gets dropped or rocked by punches that arn't even full power shots usually. I say Canelo, even with his youth, handles Kirkland with power shots to the body and head. I like watching kirkland fight, but i dont see him going far in the sport. Ann wolfe, gotta love her, but she aint gonna make him top tier imho. Mosley, god only knows what he'll bring to the table besides a big name. Hopefully the hard old warrior he used to be.

Kirkland with Ann Wolfe is a legitimate threat to Canelo. Now, I do think Canelo will win, but Kirkland is going to be in front of him for the entirety of the fight, and if Canelo does not come correct, Kirkland is grind him down and knock him out. Canelo showed a hint of fading in the Cintron fight, and I think Kirkland can exacerbate that flaw with his constant pressure. Kirkland is a contender and is WAY more of a test than Mosley is, cuz Mosley cannot pull the trigger anymore. His gun is permanently jammed. Mosley doesn't deserve another big fight after the Pac fight.Last edited by kiaba360; 02-02-2012, 11:36 PM.

kirkland still has to get through molina first. so that would mean mosley. wish it was k9, seriously. winner gets 2 straps and a shot to probably face mayweather after he beats cotto. that would put the kirkland/molina winner back in line again, which imo they should really be next to fight for the wbc belt. but seeing how gbp and the business of boxing works, they'd jump into mayweather/alvarez after cotto, if pac and arum don't step up again. we'll see what happens. some pretty good matchups for 2012 though (besides alvarez/mosley).
