When you think about how they disect these match-ups, after having a large gash closed up on Pacquiao, it makes sense not to sign Bradley, as he leads with his forehead style of fighting... that fight can come a bit later. Listen, Bradley has had plenty of time to make that fight happen. Cotto is trying to bait Pacquaio to a heavier class, and there's no need to do that. He already went that route, beat up on Margarito who was even larger than Cotto, but that extra weight put some hurt on Manny's ribcage. He already stopped Cotto, no need to go there again, unless he comes down to meet Pacquiao where he is. And really.... you could have 10 rematches with Marquez, and until Marquez gets the decision HE can live with, they will always cry foul, and want yet another shot... when is enough, enough? Once Parquez finally gets a "W"??? No need for a 4th fight. Lamont Peterson is a great option, as would be Marcos Maidana, as would be Brandon Rios, who thinks he's ready for prime time.... and he's not.

Granted, everyone knows about this fight, but the promotion is going to be the driving force behind the fight, more so than the fight itself.

As far as what Floyd does in jail, I have no doubt the majority of the time he'll be under protective custody. It's not like he's going to OZ.

Right but you can't assume he will get out (on time) and be ready to fight.

Like I said, if it doesn't happen now I don't see it ever happening. There is absolutely no reason this fight can't happen on May 5th before he is put in jail. Pac has even agreed to fight May 5th. Bob does not, he all of a sudden want's November.

Didn't make up anything. Your point is so negligible, that it isn't even worth addressing. Shane Mosley was only a partner in Golden Boy and had all his fights promoted by Golden Boy. For all intents and purposes, he was a GB fighter. But he didn't have a "signed contract" apparently. Wow. Ok and that negates my overall point about Mayweather only doing business with Golden Boy how? Who promoted Mayweather-Mosley? When was the last time Mayweather did business outside Golden Boy?
