Yea he's trying to rip-off Pac lol, At the end of the day if the fight goes to 50-50 then yes Pac would make more than 40M but if he stuck with Arum and fight whoever he fights in june he makes less than 20M, And why arent you outrage on how Pac is been ripped off by Arum? Good offer but if thats the first offer why would/should he accept it? Am sure most knowledgeable people knows you dont accept a first offer BUT its a good offer for someone like Pac who has never earn close to that.

For this fight is not really a good offer though. Even if it's the first offer is not good. Even for someone like Pac cuz' without him they wouldn't be doing close to the numbers they're projecting. Especially if it breaks records. But, if Floyd is offering this you know that's what he is banking on. That it would numbers we never seen before.

The latest offer "supposedly" is a 60-40 split....Whether or not one should believe that is up them.

first of all pac you are a opponent against mayweather. secondly you are not the ppv cow because you and marquez did 1.4 buys. mayweather is the flat out ppv king in numbers generated in the history of boxing. third theres no way he would leave you out of the ppv money. pacquiao stop ducking.

Mayweather wanting or trying to get all PPV money is called greediness, This is one fight that would sell sell sell, While i think 40M is good numbers to Pac am sure they can still negotiate and upped the monies.

Right I see what your saying ,,, off course that might happen , but gee there appears to be a lot of ifs and its a pricey gamble , this is 40 mill guarantee in the hand , against a lot of maybes , dont forget they will fight in between if he walks now ,,, hmmmm , I see what your saying , but 40 mill guarantee against what might just end up nothing because it dont happen ,, what if either got beat ,,, this is in the bank money .

That's why if the fight doesn't happen either guy would chose a fighter that would have a chance to beat them.

they might be a lot of if's and maybe's...But, it's a pretty safe bet. That it will happen...That's what Floyd is banking on...He really believes that this fight would shatter records. Well Pacquiao did say he would take less money to make the fight,you cant blame floyd for trying lol.

But i`m sure if Pacquiao team negotiate with Floyd they could get Floyd to except a 50/50 split but either way the real obstacle to this fight happening is Bob Arum.

He does`nt want to make the fight until he can`t milk Manny anymore.And Manny is dum enough to stay with Arum so don`t expect the fight to be made anytime soon if at all.

Because its the biggest pay day Pac has ever had by far , nothing he can do with anybody else will come close , its guaranteed , and Floyd is also his own promoter , so its not just THE opponent , Floyd is bigger than that at the negotiation table , its a good pay and Manny risks losing it completely on rejecting it , if I was Manny and he wants more he could say Floyd I will give you X amount and make it larger than any other Floyd payday and see how that goes ,,,, neither should walk out just counter the offer .

Anything other than a 50-50 split across the boards, is a straight up duck job by floyd. *****s and *******s alike, can we all agree on this?.......Of course not, *****s have a sick intense bond with a man that they do not even know. For a first offer i think its good numbers definitely, But i think they could do better, For me Arum or Pac arent ******, they would rather share a PPV than go for a flat fee, Even at 50-50 pac isnt getting anything close to what Mayweather would get, So am surprised Mayweather is offering Pac 40M, That offer would be rejected if they ever fax it to Arum straight away.

Like i have said many times 50-50 or NO fight and i fully support that, But it makes sense to go after this fight with the first offer at 40M than go fighting in june for 20M even after PPV share.

Sorry if i didnt make it clear but am referring to if Pac fights on June 9 against whoever Arum has in stock for him, He wouldnt make close to $15M tops, Of course if he and Mayweather fights at 50-50 he can make more than $40M but he still would not even see take home anything bigger than 25M with arum around to manipulate him again.

Exactly, i was thinking something similiar,Maybe the 40 million with no PPV Floyd is offering may not be so bad for Manny when you consider the fact that Arum is ripping him off bad.

I mean Pac get 6.5 mil to 7 mil per fight when he should be getting atleast twice that upfront with a percentage of PPV.
