I agree. Apparently, Rigondeaux, or whoever coached him to say what he said, has no sense of irony.

Donaire wanted to find a better promoter (whether it was legal or not), because he felt underexposed under Top Rank. I can understand that.

Besides, Rigondeaux's silly threats and accusations makehim look like a lowly sycophant, eager to please his master.

Claims of Rigondeaux's superiority are very premature. He has an impressive amateur background, but hsa yet to prove himself as a professional. How long (and hard) did Donaire work to reach his current level of success? It's fair for Donaire to want to avoid Rigondeaux, if not for financial reasons, then for lack of legitimacy.

Save your long words for something else. You can, however, use a few more punctuation marks.

I agree, Rigondeaux should look elsewhere. The funny thing is, his verbal outburst against Donaire far exceeds his level of domination of Ramos. If I were to take him at his word, he's either much more confident in his skills than he should be, or he has greatly overvalued Ramos' skills, or he's simply deluded.

He is a Champ with 9 fights, he needs to prove that he is the best against the best, and that is what he is trying to do, everything else are excuses...

Why won't Rigo fight Nishioka first? Is he scared of him? I mean Nishioka is the #1 in the 122 lb rankings, while Donaire is just moving up in weight.

And LOL this guy has just 9 professional fights.

I'm pretty sure if Nishioka calls out Rigondeaux the fight will be made, and can you show me any rule that a guy with 9 fights can't fight the best? And anyone will b jumping at the opportunity to give GR a lesson, after all he only have 9 fights...
