This simply isn't true, because if it were then Pacquiao wouldn't have walked away the 1st time based on conditions he says that he's now willing to agree to. If he's willing to submit to random blood testing now then why not back in 2010? He's the one who has flip flopped as far as what he will or won't agree to, Mayweather's position remains the same.

Here's another blatant lie from you, what is your problem with lying and not telling the truth? Mayweather's request for more stringent testing was not made at the last minute, it was made from the beginning. There's even video of Roach saying that Pacquiao has no problem with complying with the request. Calling that a "roadblock" made by Mayweather is a lie, especially now that Pacquiao claims that he will agree. It was only a roadblock because used it as such. You seem to have no pride/shame, stop playing yourself.
