Didn't Martinez get the memo? Pacquiao isn't the P4P king anymore. The Ring is the only publication that still states that Pacquiao is #1 P4P and they have their reasons. He should stop calling out guys much smaller than him and just fight other guys. Unfortunately, he's just at bad place weight wise. He's too big for Floyd and Manny and too small for guys like Bute and Ward. Floyd and Manny earned their places on the pound for pound list. Martinez beat a past prime Pavlik and knocked out Paul Williams and he believes he's the king of the boxing world. He's one of my favorite fighters but he should just stop bitching.
