Yes, it's in negotiations. It may go to purse bid.

I'm one of the biggest Wilder fans on this forum.

I'll be honest and admit that I expected a faster knockout. I'm disappointed with Wilder, but I give credit to Molina for showing a great heart and coming to win.

Wilder's become careless in the last few months, celebrating his victory over Stiverne and not staying disciplined enough and training at his highest level.

This was a wake-up call to Wilder. He has to look at the tape and correct his flaws with his trainers. No more showboating and wild exchanges, he's got to box. If he is dedicated enough to take his boxing skills to the next level, he still has a chance to get past Povetkin. If he keeps partying, traveling, and showing off his belt to everyone, he's in serious trouble in about 5 or 6 months.

Be a good idea to get him away from that Alabama crowd, it won't have helped. Unless they can get him another soft touch before the Klitschko or Povetkin negotiations begin. Having a large crowd will obviously only help sales yet he looked to be wanting to impress Saturday, against Wilder he fought to a gameplan, I suppose you could draw comparisons to the USS fight with Fury, serious lack of discipline after a convincing win.

Wilder needs to be reeled back in, he's in the big time now and he should have dealt with Milina as he did his first thirty fights. Take everything into account he's a known commodity now and a belt holder, what we saw was Wilder making promising adjustments during the fight. And let's not forget he finished him with the shots he had been rushing with earlier.

I take more from a performance like that than the spastics in nsb do, hate is blind, they need to embrace the talented boxers for their worth, Wilder fans gonna hate on Povetkin, Povetkin's likewise. how about enjoying them both for their worth ?

Wilder's team stated yesterday that the plan on taking a fight in September before the Povetkin clash. I think they recognized their fighter's flaws and are determined to right things before facing Povetkin late 2015/early 2016.

Wilder didn't look all that impressive against Molina but he did get some good rounds in and had to deal with an opponent who was determined and would go out easily.

I think it's likely that we'll see Wilder against Chris Arreola for the September. Arreola is past his prime, is easy to hit and lacks motivation to get properly conditioned; I think he's an easy opponent for Wilder.

Ideally, I think Wilder should face Glazkov. Glazkov is a decent hw with solid boxing skills but lacks in the power department and doesn't really have 'an X factor' that sets him apart.

Arreola or Szpilka, two in house opponents. Wouldn't be opposed to either of these, Arreola has let himself go big time, last time I saw him he looked descpicable, it's almost as if he has given up on himself. Szpilka has shown he laks grit and steel, maybe the desire is their though. Either way both are step ups from Molina it's interesting looking through the WBC ranked fighters to see whom he could face, their are a few worse opponents, a couple of unknowns and a bunch of solid hard punchers.

I'd say you're right, Arreola in shape could potentially be too dangerous, about now would be the best time to face him. Worse case scenario Uncle Al retains the belt within his powerhouse. I'm hoping Wilder comes through his next test, I've no desire to see Wlad versus any of Glazkov, Chagaev and Arreola.

It's a poor affair when you're hoping guys like Browne and Pianeta can defeat the likes of Chagaev and Glazkov to supersede any chance of seeing those ragamuffins in with the champs again. Glazkov isn't a former challenger but he just doesn't excite whatsoever, with the USS and Glazkov fights being huge anti climaxes in regards to not only the fights but the outcome of the IBF mandate too. Interestingly hopefully Ortiz can renter affairs after his ban.
