The Sauerland's twitter didn't say, they just said he'll be on the Apr 5 card for sure.

The Bulgarian media quotes Kubrat as saying they are in negotiations with someone from "The Russian School" of boxing, but they didn't say who. Perhaps Bakhtov or Fedosov? Maybe Chagaev?

he looked like an animal against a shot to bits peter and brewster but his kayo ratio suggests otherwise

I guess your point is that, for the first half of 2014, there are hardly any fights at heavyweight that are worth watching.

When Bermane Stiverne/Chris Arreola is the only decent fight in the division for the first six months of the year, you know it is a really bad division.

Mansour-Cunningham, Glazkov-Adamek and Thompson-Solis are very good HW matchups.

There are other interesting fights in the works (Jennings-Perez, Chisora-Povetkin, Arreola-Stiverne and more).

Wawrzyk - Botha for March 15
Rekowski - McCall rematch for April.

Mariusz Wach return pushed back again for early May.

I can't see it being Chagaev, too dangerous a fight to consider before Pulev's prospective payday against Wlad in the summer.would love to see it though,Chagaev withdrew interest in facing Pulev before they finally lined up Thompson didn't he ? I believe he needed a longer camp and stamina was an issue at the time.

Chagaev would be a good gauging stick to find out where Fury and Chisora are at,but I don't believe either would face Ruslan.

Any word on Manny Charr's next opponent ?

Nothing reported about Charr for awhile. I'd like to see him fight Fury next.
