Great to see Cotto win and be able to ease his mind about the first fight. His footwork was the best I have seen from him ever. And his timing was perfect. This was the best Cotto I have seen in years. He was in his element/in the zone. He deserves the best fight that can be made for him because this version gives anyone problems, Chavez, Martinez, anyone. That was a feel good fight, watching it Saturday.

Cotto looked good fighting Margarito.... Cotto has been looking good because he's been fighting bums. Much to the same with Pac. Once you put them in with solid fighters they look bad.

Yuri Foreman or "the peg legged ***" that you two morons are referring about was ranked in the top 10 by most credible boxing sites (ring, espn, boxrec, etc), a title holder @ 154 and undefeated. Mayorga and Margs not so much but you should get your facts together before you make some half a** point.

People need to stop making excuses and give Miguel Cotto his props. I had a question mark over him going into the rematch but he changed his game plan and fought a smarter fight. I read Margarito fans saying how Cotto should thank Pacquiao for his eye being messed up but that's BS because the DR's cleared Margarito to fight, Team Margarito said that if Cotto wanted to target the eye then he could because he was ready and after the fact Margarito said that he still could see and the eye wasn't the problem. Funny thing is that Margarito fans had him beating Cotto up again but since Cotto won then all of a sudden he should thank Pacquiao? Always excuses on here. It is well known that I never been sold on Miguel Cotto as a technical boxer and always pointed out his flaws but am giving him props for this win because I had doubts myself. Dudes need to be fans and stop being disgruntles fan boys on boxingscene.

You know me on here for a while now Wess and you know that I have always been adamant about Miguel Cotto being a lil hyped up and everytime I said something people said I was hating or a ***** because I always knew Cotto could not beat Mayweather. Dude is flawed and against any fighter that can take his punch away and counter. He was a lost fighter. Top Rank has done a great job for their fighters money and success wise. Definitely careful matching and marketing but they always get exposed out of their roster. Fighters/boxers nowadays are not challenged enough and when it's time to step up. They can't or struggle to deliver. Glad that Cotto got his get back on Margarito. The funny thing to me is that. People have and still are saying that Floyd ducked Margarit/Cotto? All a fighter has to do is box these guys, use defense and technically worked the ring to beat them. In some cases pressure. Both are easy to hit and take too much punishment.

I'm happy for Cotto and he should be proud of himself but I honestly think that if he fought someone like Martinez or anyone else that is very durable, box and can punch then Miguel will get beat. I think Sergio Martinez would put Cotto on a stretcher and that's why Cotto turned down the fight.
