@ weigh-in it was as Rios was heavier the 2nd time...how can Lathan & NYSAC screw this up on a digital scale??? she sure had her head up Rios ass w/he stripped &had the towell in front of him...classy...what was Garcia the trainer doing the 2 ays before weigh-in, not monitoring wt???
