    Floyds previous opponents

    Ortiz - Former LWW just 1 fight at WW
    Shane - On the decline WW
    Marquez - LW never fought at WW
    Hatton - LWW Champ moved up to WW

    Does anyone see the pattern or are most of you just bamboozled..

    and now we have the date set for May 5 2012 MGM Grand

    Floyd vs. "The Little Guy" yes Another little guy

          Ortiz actually has a larger frame than Floyd, at least it appears so. Floyd isn't exactly a big welterweight either.

            Simply stating Floyds previous opponents have either 1 fight or Non at all at WW or were on the decline... All LWW and LW fighters just setting foot at WW while Floyds been at that weight class for years..

            and May 5, guess what another little guy...

            Just addressing the issue not doing a comparison.

              All of those guys were coming of spectacular wins and had title belts.

              Strangely, before Floyd fought those guys with the exception of Marquez, there were many betting on those guys beating Floyd.

              Of course, there's nothing like a case of amnesia a few years later to suit you purposes.

                Ellerbe marketing Pacquiao as "the little fella" doesn't really help Floyd's legacy though.
