his cardio is there. . . he dug deep for 12 full rounds against zbik - with a pretty impressive work rate. . . and 75% of those punches were full blown, digging, nasty, vicious hooks to the body! Ariza has him in tip top conditioning. . . He does need to work on the speed in which he pops out that jab. . . work on his STRAIGHT punches from the outside. . . he's got pretty good technique with his hooks and 'cuts on the inside.
