Bob Arum himself openly, plainly, clearly, and loudly said "We don't care about Mayweather. We want the 4th Marquez fight." In another words, we don't want to fight Mayweather, we want to screw Marquez over again.

Arum cannot be in a worse spot right now. He has two choices. Either give in to Marquez's demands and fight him in Mexico, or he has to fight Mayweather.

Pacquiaos been saying testings not an issue for a year at least and the whole time Floyd's been saying, "TAKE THE TEST!" but manny obviously didn't negotiate with Floyd from Saturday til today so what's changed?
