They could fill Azteca stadium to capacity in 2 days. If Pac's side says no, JMM can walk away and Top Rank would be forced to parlay with Haymon and co. and if they instead choose to go to some other bull**** like Tim Bradley, the backlash would be epic.

Manny Pacquiao won't fight master counterpuncher Mayweather until he resolves convincingly a master counterpuncher in Marquez. Team Pacquiao knows that they won't beat Mayweather right now, and maybe they never will if Pac keeps having those counterpunching issues.
