Hey idiots, Margarito will get license on the 18th. Only thing they will enforce is that if he is getting pummel, like in teh past fights, teh fight will get stop without hesitation.

Came in here with the intention of saying something along the lines of this.

Rafael is falling for whatever Top Rank is trying to conjure up (be it publicity, a storyline, or whatever). Arum would not put this fight in NY in the first place, if he didn't have the green light from the commission. And from what I've read, the hearing doesn't even require Margarito to be present because he's to be examined. It's just for his doctor to offer his examination and results.

If Margarito would've gotten hurt further (because he's probably closing in on 100 rounds since then), the doctor is liable to be sued because of it. He must have enough evidence to support his clearing of Margarito and for him to be able to fight Cotto (and if he doesn't he'll edit his results so it does).

What more can you expect, except this overeacting though?
