Anyone have photo evidence of a contract for the 'second' negotiations Bob Arum had with Ross Greenburg? Or the 1st negotiations in 09 for that matter? Are you sure any of that actually happened?

Not only that,doesn't Ellerbe and Haymon negotiate for Floyd?did they give Greenburg the Ok to negotiate for Floyd.True it takes two sides to negotiate a deal. If they fall through for a third time what's the harm in having an arena on notice/hold for whatever foe your facing next.if these to don't come to an agreement on fighting each other I gaurantee they will be fighting for that date and arena for there own seperate fights. If its May/Martinez or Pac /Bradley.

Arum went on record several times stating that testing is no longer an issue, floyd said that testing was the only roadblock.

so why isn't floyd holding Bob arum to his word?

arums said they agreed to testing. period... but its been on record that bob wants notice of the tests (takes the random part out) and doesnt want the USDA to do the testing while manny trains in the phillippines. he wants WADA to monitor it then.. WADA's official opinion is "WADA is not a testing agency. USDA is the body which would be the best." so yes, in theory bob and manny have agreed to testing but its the little details that have yet to be agreed on.. at least thats my take from everything i've read.. and im neutral in regards to manny and floyd.. they r both great and as fans, i think we are lucky to watch both of them fight and can only hope for them to figure this thing out and do the fans a solid.

I recall when the first negotiations were going on, there was an article on this very site stating how Arum was on the plane to the Phillipines to get approval from Manny and he didn't see any road blocks stopping the fight. Then that's when the "obligations to Congress, so we would need another date, etc" ball started to roll. I thought it was common knowledge that the talks stalled with Team Pac....not because of a rant from Floyd in the back of his car. Oh well....that's my fault for paying attention to facts.

First the test was proposed by a case of fear from a fighter who don't want to lose and is threatened by the possibility if he gets in the ring with Pac.

Second the test is NOT LAW, not found in the Nevada commisson !!

Thirdly, IF JR really wanted to fight he would have signed many moons ago.

There is no hold up in Pac or his team whatsoever,,,,,,the hold up is Jr and his team !!!!!

dude. a contract is signed only AFTER negotiations have been successful.

Ross Greenberg, the president of HBO Sports, was the third party to one of the negotiations. he said it happened. note that this guy has his bosses at HBO to answer to and ANYTHING he says has to be screened and approved by his bosses.

the man had everything to lose if he were to lie.

and he said that it DID happen. note that though both Ellerbe and Haymon kept on repeating that Bob is a liar, they NEVER accused Greenberg of lying.

Floyd signed the contract, and had it sent to Pac's team. They baulked. Why is that so hard to comprehend.

Show me proof, and that means some sort of link that has legit proof not the word of Mayweather, he can not be trusted, remember "Pac your next" "I never said pac was next"

So put up the proof that he did sign, he also said there were no 2nd negotiations yet Ross Greenburge disagrees

this is just an elementary attempt at reverse psychology by roach. pacnuts use it all the time around here and with laughable results, let's wait and see how mayweather's team respond to this. roach knows he has no substance here but is confident enough that the media will be on their side for now because they are the mr. nice guy humble congressman hero of asia camp.
