3.$10 million penalty per pound overweight

    4.I want Eight Ounce Gloves

    5.I choose the ring size

6.Floyd Mayweather wants too much money

7.Floyd Mayweather is not serious he doesnt want to fight

8.We dont want to fight at the MGM Grand

    9. I need a 17 day cutoff.

    10. Let the Commission do their job

    11. We don't trust USADA

    12. 50/50 split won't get it done even though Mayweather consistently beats me in terms of generating revenue. Yes, Pacquiao recently said he wants more than 50/50.

    13. Mayweather may not be available due to his cases.

    14. Floyd Mayweather SR. said we couldn't train in the PI so that tells us they aren't serious.

    15. As long as we have a pending case against Mayweather, we obviously aren't going to fight.

    16. We hate Golden Boy so we won't negotiate with them.

    17. Mayweather didn't answer my online clock that counted down to zero.

    18. We're not going to wait on Mayweather. That's why we sign our next opponent 3 days after our last fight in order to shut out an opportunity or window to start earnest discussions with the Mayweather camp.

    19. I dont need Mayweather to enhance my career.

    20. The Joshua Clottey fight days after the Mayweather negotiations broke down

I DONT TRUST THE CAMP WITH 20 EXCUSES .
You are a prevaricating liar. you are selecting supposed quotes which have gained notoriety only from repetition by idiots who either made them up or repeated what those who made them up said. There are picked out from about three years of swirling rumours and lies with only very few, if any real truths.

I stopped reading all today's crap after i posted my answer above, and went directly to the last page, as, right now.

What PROVES the whole truth of this matter for ME is, that unimpeachable, impartial witnesses, who have personal knowledge, and were themselves personally involved, like Ross Greenburg, (over a year ago) and Keith Kizer of the Nevada State Athletic Commission (just a month ago) said that the fault was Mayweather's. Kizer stated in print and on tape, that Top Rank (Arum) MannyP and Golden Balls (Oscar) agreed explicitly to OSDT tests, but Mayweather did not. He did not even reply. I don't even allow my well considered feelings to contribute. (which is that Mayweather is a habitual and practiced liar and thug)

This says to every half intelligent poster, never mind all the "super-geniuses" of Boxing Scene, that Mayweather is the one who has held up the fight from the beginning. Just as many people said at the time. I recall very well what happened originally. When MannyP agreed to the 14 day cut off, Mayweather himself said that that offer was "no longer on the table". And NOTHING has progressed on this matter ever since, and it is no other's fault only Mayweather's. MAYWEATHER DOES NOT WANT TO FIGHT PACQUIAO. he may want to at some time, but it will be at a time when he feels he has all the advantages, which he feels he does not have at this time. That's the way he's ALWAYS WORKED IT.

And all you crap sloppers should find someone else to shoot your Drek at. there are loads of conspiracies that can be invented to keep you al happy and contented.

Making a countdown clock proves your serious about fighting right? Bob would have a heart attack if Floyd started using Bob's ducking tactics agasint him...

Bob can dish it out but can't take it. He's being put in the corner by the media right about now...
Wess, don't sound more like a fool than you already do. Show a little intelligence in your posts, you used to a long time ago. Maybe you've grown out of it.

^ here comes the mental midgets.

            Comment

Fact!: Pacquiao agreed to submit to the Olympic-style random blood and urine testing that Mayweather has demanded of his recent opponents. Arum said Pacquiao, who spends the first part of his training camp working out in the Philippines, would agree to the testing with no restriction, supervised by the World Anti-Doping Agency when he was in the Philippines and the United States Anti-Doping Agency when he moved his training to Los Angeles.

Pacquiao once asked for the testing to be stopped at some point before agreeing, but he is no longer making that demand, Arum said.

“All we ask is that the results are given to the relevant agency that is governing the fight,” Arum said. “If the fight is in Nevada, give it to the Nevada State Athletic Commission. That’s all we’re asking. But Manny will do the testing with no questions asked.”

Nothing, though, will apparently satisfy Mayweather in that regard

I didn't invent the count clock. Don't spit nonsense my way. I'm just stating what could happen because as of right now, Mayweather is using Bob's tactics.

For instance, last year Bob picked a date and venue before ever talking to anyone from Mayweather's side. Then put up a countdown clock...

Now, what's to say Floyd's next move won't be making a the brilliant countdown clock that Bob made for Mayweather?

It's funny that you think a guy like Floyd Mayweather can stop a man like Bob Arum from doing what he does best, making fights... You got to be a serious *****.... When Bob's ready, he will make the fight. In the meantime, Floyd is doing what Bob did last year because he's serious.... lol

Yet Bob is now saying that is not how it works? lol The irony...

Don't get all emotional with me just because Floyd is now playing Bob's game against him.
